Update: Our Shop is currently closed until lockdown has been lifted, we are still offering remote support. The in-store measures will continue when we reopen. For customers who are bringing devices into the store, we have increased our hygiene and cleaning efforts to ensure our customers and staff are safe. Every single piece of equipment you bring to us, phone, laptop, computer, etc will be physically disinfected with high-grade anti-bacterial cleaning products firstly when they are booked in before work commences, and also a second cleaning process for when they are finished, before pickup. Not only will your device be repaired well, but it will be clean, shiny, and most importantly, safe.
Our EFTPOS terminal, service counter, and other high traffic areas are also being disinfected regularly throughout the day to ensure your safety.
